MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier; just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout'. Before you can checkout we will ask you to register as a user of our site, or login if you have already registered. You must be a registered user to make any purchase from our site. Once you are registered for the first time your details will be remembered for future orders to save you time when returning.

All communication to you will be addressed to the email address supplied when you registered. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering, or placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible should you fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register. If any of the details on your confirmation email after placing an order are incorrect please contact us immediately. Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and norwichhealthshop.co.uk when you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. At this point payment will be taken.

VAT at the current rate of 20% is charged where applicable.

We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo cards. American Express, Personal Cheques, Postal Orders and Cash are not accepted for any purchase.

When the order is placed on our website personal details are encrypted using a 128bit security system. They are only decrypted after they reach our order computer.

Your payment is not made through our system but through a choice of Paypoint or Paypal, both of dedicated and globally recognized payment systems carrying their own security and privacy statements.

BACK ORDERS

If you place an order and we do not have a product in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay and ask you whether you would like to wait for the product to be available or cancel that product from your order.
